i can add that Rodgers is super bullish on Sugar not because of diet changes but because of Ethanol.
He believes the future demand for ethanol will over time drive the price of sugar upwards and upwards and upwards.
You need sugar cane to make Ethanol.
I am however finding it is very hard to find a where to invest in Sugar as an equity--i thus far have only found RSI-UN.TO and that is hedged.
