Vietnam:
- preparing final stage for securing Certificate of Land Use Rights at Pointe91; Ground-breaking Ceremony shall be on April, 15, 2011; construction shall begin in May, 2011 and is expected to complete in 2016.
- detailed 1/500 planning for Phase 1 has been completed, and been submitted to Authority of Chu Lai Opening Economic Zone for construction license.
- negotiating for PHI Medical on signing definitive contract for acquisition of Pho Quang Hospital
- negotiating for PHI Group on cooperation agreements with Beta Securities, Inc.
Laos:
- negotiating with relevant authorities for execution of advisory services to a Korean conglomerate for participating in multi-USD million UN-sponsored projects in Laos.
Cambodia:
- negotiating with Ministry of Natural Resources of Cambodia for Indochina Resources, Inc. to invest in potential mining projects
Indonesia and China:
- negotiating for PHI Energy Corp. on completion of coal mining and trading transaction with revenue amounting to hundreds of USD million per year.
Republic of Korea:
- verifying and confirming the tangibility of some projects and signing off necessary documents as required by US SEC on behalf of Catalyst Resource Group, Inc.
