I believe that when the approval AND construction start up of a pipeline to access the Bueafort Sea Reserves comes on line...I will have probably already spent 1/2 of my Apex dollars. My hopes are on the low scale...$3.00/share to give me $1,000,000.00 clear, oil in the ground gives me $0.00 dollars. (IMO)Sell now for a little? Or Gamble on more?
