Below are the communications I have had with Mr. Whitley over the past few days.
It is my option the responses I have gotten are all we will have until The Company is ready to update us further.

The entities that TMSH has announced joint ventures with are established organizations that will assist the Company in identifying, obtaining, and managing various properties around the globe. However, the entities are aware of the number and nature of many communications that TMSH has had with its announcements of projects and ventures. Frankly, the entities that we have entered into joint ventures with do not wish to be distracted from their course of business by dealing with such communications. We have been given strict guidelines on what can and cannot be disclosed at this juncture about our relationship with these entities. The information released thus far about our relationship with each entity is accurate and does provide a substantial amount of information to verify how projects are identified, evaluated and will be managed upon completion. In the coming weeks, additional information will be made public that will also clarify our relationship with these entities.

Please understand that the company is attempting to update shareholders and potential investors in a timely manner about its progress with various projects. However, since some of our partnerships involve private organizations, there may not be a great deal of information on the internet concerning some of them.

Mr. Whitley, I was more interested in who the partners are and what their history is than the details of any deals or discussions you are in. Can you help me with that?

Western International External Corporation, Ltd., Shandong Taishan Real Estate Co., Ltd and Helios & Helios Assembly of India are entities that have we have joined with to identify potential projects and to acquire them. Each joint venture we enter into plays a significant role in the overall business plan of TransGobal Assets, Inc.

Many nay sayers are in disbelief that TMSH has the ability to acquire and finance the projects we have announced. However, it has been the Company's goal to partner with groups that can identify obtainal properties and projects and also utilize those partners resources to assist in evaluating the properties, obtaining financing for these projects, construction if necessary, and management of the projects. The Company has sought to provide information in its 8k's that verifies these efforts.

It is true that much of the information that many inquiries have sought seek information that has been requested to be held confidential by our agreements with our partners and other parties. Once the Company reaches further stages of development of the announced projects, additional information will be made available.

Please understand, the Company is not attempting to hide the ball from shareholders or investors. Rather, it is the company's philosophy to poove itself by completing the projects it has announced instead of providing information that it is restricted from releasing prematurely.

Thank you for your response I appreciate your candor and look forward to the next news release form Trans Global Assets. I have supported the company on message boards and although I have been concerned about the limited information about JV partners I have been most supportive of the company over all. May I Post the text of this email to the I Hub message board; in an effort to refute some of the bashing that is happening there?
