it was Eric. Have to dig back to that time in i hub posts. I even e mailed him and I called the transfer agent. Agent said they never got the notice to cancel. I think I remember seeing a copy of is letter requesting the shares be cancelled. Been a while and I totally forgot about it.He said he sent the paperwork to retire the shares. We were all waiting. never happened. He claimed it was lost or mishandled by the transfer agent and there would be an additonal cost on his part. Makes sense that he would wait. Kinda of like canceling a lost check............... but different, lol.
