Wow, so the lost cert was actually lost. I remember that whole episode. Everyone questioned the truthfulness of ESR saying it was sent. Boiled down to who would pay the cost of pursueing if the proper person received the cert and lost it. They tried to say they did not receive it to retire the shares. I thought they were owned by Eric and he was the person retiring the shares.
