Yes, your point is valid. I just thought I'd mention some of the other plans, for the preferreds. I see it often, in a bunch of my other penny stocks. I like to refer to it as the "Preferred Share Shuffle". Anyway, I see some buying corrected the downward plight, of earlier..........I guess I've been "stung" many times by other stocks with similar "moves", especially when there is a RS "on the horizon".
