The PPS always has a positive move after a PR release by NBRI. CEO Leopold is a very believeable messenger ! The negative aspect usually occurs "Post PR" when all these "Fluff Posts" are made by well intending shareholders, but viewed negatively by prospective investors doing their first DD by reading messages on this board. I challenge everyone to go back and read these fluff posts made after the most recent NBRI PR and ask yourself: "Do they encourage you to invest in our gem, NBRI ?" NBRI's share price should be at least $ .20/shr !!!! JMHO
