wl - We've got a week of earnings coming up where great resutls are likely to be ignored and anything that isn't perfect is going to get whacked.

Now just about everyone expects this and my guess is that the collapse continues right through earnings season.

Have you seen how much the Dow futures are down?

Could this average 200pts a day down till it gets to the point that someone wants to buy something? What will make institutinos buy anything till the end of October...why should they?

We've got the pain of two more earnings seasons of dissapointments to go through as the economy grinds to a halt because the Fed went and put up interest rates before the recovery got a chance to be firmly established.

Tomorrow might break all records.
