Sorry if this a little OT.
As a publicly traded co., the fact that RPC lied about an association w/the Mayo Clinic should send them into sub-penny land, and they let this misinformation stand for a long time. Legally, in terms of fiduciary responsibility to their shareholders, they're screwed.
It's gonna be interesting to watch this play-out.
