Seems low key, but American Capital ventures hanles the IR and PR. On Feb 24th Fletcher International invested 1 million dollars in HPGS in exchange for the right to purchase warrants in HPGS. It doesn't seem that HPGS is engaging in public stock promotional programs from what I'm observing.
