Ballmer says our group can work anytime we want as long as our goals are met. Most of us in the group get in around 10am or so and work late. I'm an early riser ('specially when I sleep alone) and love to trade stocks in the first couple hours only most every day. Us Micro-chips have lots of freedom to come and go as we choose but we do have meetings, strategy sessions, demos, and goals set up. But I'm pretty happy as my MSFT options are I'm in one of the tablet PC's design groups.
