I wasn't suggesting that at all. Just saying that I am not sure how additional share buybacks and consequent retiring of those shares would work considering Meller's conversion deal. I think he plans to wait it out and allow the pps to grow before converting.

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!
