judging by the looks of the other stations that Viacom has sucessfully launched (and I surely can't think of any that Viacom has launched that have FAILED), my guess is that there's a big 'just trust us' to the carriers.

If I'm TW, Cox, Cablevision, whoever, and Viacom tells me that their gay channel is not going to 'offend' (whatever the hell THAT means)..I trust them.

Let me try and use my other half a brain for something else later tonight. This half is tired.
