Actually there is a huge garbage burning facility on the OXY site and has been there for years. They produce energy from waste....the garbage trucks pull in and out daily. So what I ask. Big f'n deal! They have been doing that since the late 70's. I know because I helped build it. Doesnt seem to be eating up all the waste plastic JBI could be using.
