tradertotheday, how do you reconcile Meller's shares?

When you calculate a fair valuation for the stock, how do you reconcile the 22B shares that Meller would hold upon conversion of the debt he's owed by the company?

Why wouldn't he convert once the YAGI debt is either paid at the end of the year, or perhaps partially extended for another year or two?

If the YAGI debt disappeared today, and Meller converted all of his debt to cash, the OS would be approx. 30B. At a $12M market cap, the pps would be $0.0004.

Many disagree with me, but I think that you have to consider Meller's ownership stake when valuing the company.
