OSC started the investigation.

Trading was halted on May 18, 2007, nearly 4 years ago.

The SEC filed a complaint on September 29, 2009.

I don't know if OSC handed this one over to the SEC or if we have 2 concurrent investigations.

I'm sure the crooks have spent or hidden all of the money by now.
