Ever heard of buy when it is quiet and no one is buying? This stock ran to .19 about 2 weeks ago so fast it made everyones head spin on the 87 page filing. This next run should be at least .25 IMO. based on where most of the float is now. Remember there are longs here who are still holding form dollars. Just read the 87 page filing and you will see dollars would be a very cheap buyout for us.
