We're still under

the radar. Currently, we are only at 47 boardmarks. No one is selling down here. Yes, I would like to see more volume, but I'm confident in my investment here and feel the downside is limited. If these leases turn into oil producing wells, especially at the current oil prices, buyers will come flocking in.
