Lots of wells were abandoned due to the recession that was coming and then showed up. Oil bottomed out around $30 a barrel in 2009 and look where it is now. That's why wells were capped. How many of them are now viable to come alive with minimum costing? That's where Michael comes into the picture.
I like the PR and expect to see more like that in the future.
