browns49014: LOGO is Viacom (the Television giant). The infrasturcture for broadcasting, advertisement, and carrier relations is already in place through MTV (a division of Viacom). Ever notice that in the majority of the coverage of gay themed TV, LOGO is always mentioned (usually first)? That's Viacom's/MTV's power. QBID has had to start from the ground up and they're still getting their infrastructure in place. LOGO is the safer bet for the carriers at this point. There is no arguing about it. Whether or not the programming will stand up to QBID's in the long run is still to be determined. LOGO rattled of some pretty big names that were to be involved with shows for LOGO. Whether those shows have materialzed is another matter, but you have to be real about the situation. LOGO simply has more juice than we do.
