Not sure if there is right or wrong. Just business basics say's it;s time to order a head stone!! What I find most interesting is the PPS is still hanging on????? It begs the Question Who would buy shares in a company that is in default and in slow/shut down?? Spin that anyway you want to but the end is that they are not doing any business and have no Money.....
