"The USA is a ... UNION ... not a ... NATION..."

Technically the USA is a Federal Republic....but..meh...I could care less if folks call it a "country", or a "nation", or a "union", or a "loose confederation of states that ceded control to a larger government body...for the exception of the some rights, as outlined in the Constitution"...
