Just go to finviz.com and enter stock in TICKERS search window (top right).

Next screen
At bottom of chart presented, you'll see industry/sector/country. click middle. [sector]

Next screen top under ORDER (asc/desc)box click [desc]
Lower down click [preformance]
Next line pick your time frame 3 mo, 6 mo, 1yr - ETC

You'll get a list of all company stocks in that sector rated by best on top, for that time frame.
