Many here do not understand all the potential we have here with a partner that has no interest in selling their shares or any new shares.
I am only speculating here but from the DD I have done i think your estimate is quite low...now if you are talking the day after the merger that is a market reaction question but as far as actual value I would think several times your estimate within a couple of quarters after all the parts to the puzzle comes together.
I know some here will poo poo this but you have to realize that in 90 days they have already hooked up 20 universities for e-learning, they have 420 Affiliates and are planning on funding MS.
All of these items have near unlimited potential not to mention all the other businesses like Bandwidth, radio, music, girls girls girls magazine and what ever else they choose to create in the near term.
it is hard to say where the top is but on the low side i would say several times your estimate given a little time.
MS could do the .50 for you by itself. Remember, this is long term growth here but they seem to be growing pretty quickly from what I hear.
Like they said, we are not fancy people but we get the job done. I sort of like that self view. Owens was impressed with the team he has assembled.
Hope this helps.
I am not concerned about any of this...If the merger happens that is just the beginning.
