Perhaps that "TA" website hasn't noticed the very stubborn resistance that the 20day MA has become since mid-December. If she cannot close over that then we will be looking at the beginning of the final push down to the mid-teens.

So...if you really want to 'buy' at 23....you should be prepared to sell at 25ish. Otherwise you will be risking another 40% drop in your share value.

All of this is in the absence of news of course. MO....take it or leave it. ....rule
