The Company intends to drill at least one gold property in a joint venture pending the
availability of additional financing.

The H C drilling and all the technical work was engineered and paid for by KATX, but it was BVIG that owned the Property. I don't think BVIG has repaid any money yet. It's all a bag of S so far. Maybe BVIG and KATX are doing a J V .. except BVIG has no money yet. Watch out when the S hits the fan. It's going to surprise a lot of people negatively .. in my opinion.
