The last time Texas state Rep. Debbie Riddle (R) came up in this space she was saying that people of color "are used to entitlements." Today, CNN reports that Riddle is proposing two years of jail time and a $10,000 fine for "knowingly" hiring an illegal immigrant, unless you're hiring that person for "labor or other work" to be done "primarily at a single-family residence."
