The point on Arca and Hdsn is they are selling anyway you slice or dice it It forces sellers lower if they really want to sell Thus hurting the PPS on a daily basis
The complaint all should have is how many for how long HDSN had (out of Memory) 84 mil vol on katx last yr (Not all sells but most) Katx reported the 50mil to secure But its seems they are raising more
I will assume by the filing Ken and Tim are not selling.. 750k in salaries and benifits, they should not have to. But money is being raised through a financer, imo
