Exactly, this has been happening too much. ARCA was not on the bid today (which is conceivable if it is only selling) but it jumps in and off the Level II ask in a suspicious manner. It had left the Level II prior to closing as it often does. Then when a bit of a run-up started ARCA suddenly reappeared and lowered the ask thus resulting in a purchase on bid and a stoppage of the momentum as generally happens when ARCA is the lowest ask. I commented "strange" because it is inexplicable. If it is selling for a client why does it not remain on the Level II throughout the day? Why did it reappear after signing off?
