I view that big $5 million financial deal as a line of credit type of thing that can be drawn on subject to certain conditions that KATX must fulfill. It's not like $5 million ever sat somewhere. It does not show up on the KATX balance sheet .. so it does not exist yet .. it has not all shown up yet. I firmly believe you are going to see some amendments to that original agreement and there will be a heck of a lot more shares issued. Or else the remainder of the line of credit is going to be cancelled because of non performance by KATX. I'll wait.
