Oh, yes, it's very apparent that TEVA has "crushed" MNTA.

Let's review:

* MNTA received approval for lovenox and is now making money hand over fist, while TEVA has show itself to be incapable of getting approval and is now no longer even talking about approval.

I generally invest in smaller companies that I believe have the potential to appreciate substantially over time. Generally, it goes without saying that these companies' potential is based on threatening the postions of larger, more established companies who have a large "mindshare" on Wall Street. (Which generally shows the incompetence of what generally passes for anaylsis on Wall Street. See: Home Prices Always Go Up etc.)

TEVA, which started off with a huge advantage in terms of credibility on Wall Street, has expended a huge amount of political capital talking MNTA's stock down. At some point, Wall Street (populated by slow learners) will discover that the emperor has no clothes and MNTA's stock -- based on lovenox sales alone -- will reflect a more reasonable PE. Even a measly P/E of 8 puts us easily over 20.
