This is what I have posted consistently. The Properties are nothing special / average. And neither is Management. There is no retail naked shorting in KATX !! You just CANNOT do it with your broker .. go try it. And of course I'm only here to try to moderate the big irresponsible hyping that is still going on. The KAT and the KATG do not merit this blind adoration.
