I don't believe there is any good faith in what MW has done. When I make that statement, look at the timing of their pieces. They strike when they know they can get the absolute most effect out of the hit piece. Also, if it was good faith, then why does short interest and put volume rise significantly just before the piece comes out. Methinks it is a team effort.

However, I do agree with you that many shorts likely do believe it is a fraud just because of RINO, etc. IMHO they are wrong on this one though. We will know in less than 2 weeks. Again, there is absolutely zero concrete evidence that CCME is anything other than what they claim to be.
