And as an investor I'm curious about the discrepancy, but it doesn't seem to indicate fraud nor does it seem to significantly alter DD done on CCME.

There could be more bad blood from MW than I'm giving them credit for here. I tend to assume a lot of good faith. Regardless, the more complex consipracy theories getting bandied about still seem unnecessarily far-fetched and distracting. Earnings are more important to me right now than the crimimal conspiracy case to be built against MW.

IMO, these are smart guys asked to produce a report on a wrong premises (that CCME is a fraud) - however smart they are they aren't smart enough to fill in all the holes in the premise.
