Probably the bank would not call the loan, since they have 100% of the cash collateral on deposit, right there in their bank. And now they raised the interest rate 6%, so future borrowings will give the bank an exorbitant profit.
Those three guarantors have their own money on the line, but only if the bank DOES call the loan, and even then only until they can sell a million dollars of Brock's stock so they can get their money back.
That should give them some incentive to keep the stock price up. Maybe we will even get an announcement about good things in the works.
