No dilution pro. No new shares were issued. A/S/ and O/S are the same. The only way the float goes up in this case is if shares become unresrestricted...who's 50 million shares would be coming unrestricted? My guess is the financiers. At least we know they couldn't sell on the record date. Again...no new shares issued pro. I can't get mad about their shares becoming unrestricted.
At least we got enough money to drill two properties, setup Kat Gold, etc. out of the shares.
