It would be hard to blow out of proportion the fact that 11 million shares were sold at the lowest price since the emergence of new management. That's how business is done on the pink sheets, insiders diluting shares of a company that has no fundamentals, no revenue, no production and never will have any. Or perhaps shares are being sold to raise capital for the next big well?
