Transmission owner's schedule:
The following constructions chedule is based upon: Transmission Owner's ability to obtain the necessary materials and other equipment in a timely manner to allow said construction to commence as indicated below and to allow a reasonable time for said construction to be completed. Transmission Owner shall not be held responsible for construction delays caused by: (a) delays in the procurement or receipt of necessary materials and equipment caused by others; (b) delays caused by road weight limit
restrictions; (c) labor strikes; (d) weather or other acts of God that are beyond Transmission Owner's control. All timing is in reference to Generator's desired date of commercial operation (COD), which is projected to be December 31, 2011.
