No that is double talk. What will they reverse if they are not keeping anything intact? Its just this simple. They said they will not be issuing shares,they got enough money to pay off all debt plus about 5 million left over. This is very rare in bankrupt stocks. No where in 8-k did they mention r/s that was in a filing a while ago and they only listed it as an option. These are all facts.
