I'm thinking in this theory:
If we would be a party involved in this deal, we all would agree to keep it quiet, no news at all, so when the deal is signed, all involved can get their shares as cheap as possible. In that case, the pps would jump considerably overnight, no pump, but from a solid longs base, the main partners.
On the contrary, I would be concerned if we would se more news without a sealed deal.
Do you think it works this way, is it probable?
Any regulation or argument to debunk this theory?
