You are right azgirl. A diverse background is a very good thing. It allows you to look at opportunities and challenges from different perspectives. It seems the Perto America is a diverse company. Petro America has new CEO that has a diverse background. And on top of that, the new CEO is an "EXPERT" in diversity. Sounds like a winning combination to me.
