Well I never said that. Penny markets are made using naked short sales. IMO with the volume the last 2 years we have plenty of those out in the market to. That is a long subject not going to get into here. Naked shorting problems with penny markets are well known. Market makers are allowed to use it. That doesn't excuse what did Dean did diluting this with no many shares issued by QASP.
