No Crazy there is no way of knowing on level 2 what the actual order flow is there. The MM just shows the minimum board lot for the order. So if NITE (who handles a good chunk of all retail orders) shows 5000 offered @ .0002 you have no way of knowing if it is 5,000 shares or 5 Billiion Shares as it is in our case !
