I always thought with Penny Stocks, the company controls the price to a degree. If I owned this company and I had just released a pretty neat Web Site hmmm, and in addition to have my hands on some pretty good news. I would hold the price until I was ready to deliver my news. Is this what they are doing? who knows. Am I right about my assumption; who the h#LL knows... But it is fun concept from where I sit.
