I don't think that dilution is a big issue at this point, they are buying back stock until it hits .50 PPS...not only that, but even if they diluted the float by 500Billion shares...my concern is that they use the money to grow the business into a profitable one, and that is exactly whats happening here, they diluted what they needed to move forward, the FUTURE looks very bright for EMXC!
