No doubt fear of an oil shortage has a major impact on prices we see at the pump, but do you think commodity traders play a small role in the sudden jump in gas prices at the pump...it seems to take less than 24hrs for those who can profit from turmoil do.
We have ourselves to blame for allowing oil-rich nations to yank us around - STILL no serious alternate energy plans.
