The size of the vessel and how fast they want to get through determines the fee. The car carrier (RORO) I worked on carried Lexus and Toyota, we went through with zero delay-- very hefty fee. If youre willing to wait, its not so much-- since the vessel has till Mar 17 to make it a very relatively short distance, I will wager right now that those tracking this ship see it anchor outside the Canal for some time, perhaps again in Gatun Lake.
