My favorite part from that link is this line:

Sounds to me that Sterling's got the mining permit through Hongyu Mining and the roads are in place. We may be VERY close to getting some action here. Feasibility study has been initiated/completed. Just need some info on the PP and further intentions and I'll be sold 100%
