Thanks for pointing this out "agreement in principle"

IMO more evidence that puppet strings might be in play. I'm not claiming my statements are for sure or true, only that I find it odd the PR's are vague and agreement in principle isn't factual either. Maybe this is their way of "providing shares". This also gives them the right to dilute if required in the future. We've all been warned.
